| Abstract: | We want this article to add value to the information known so far, the effort made consists mostly in combining and placing in a form as comprehensive and understandable as possible the opinions and researches of recognized specialists in the field of organizational stress and the professional activity of support teaching staff. We intend to demonstrate that the stress of support teaching staff is different from the stress of mainstream teaching staff. |
