Abstract: The article explores the methods of monitoring the transfer of innovations in modern schools. It underscores the arguments regarding the necessity of monitoring the implementation process of pedagogical innovations and details aspects of this process, such as data collection, performance analysis, continuous feedback, problem identification, solution development, and evaluation of the impact on students. Emphasis is placed on the fact that, through the adoption of a rigorous monitoring process, educational institutions can make informed decisions, promptly intervene to address potential issues, and ensure that pedagogical innovations yield significant benefits within the teaching, learning, and evaluation processes.
