dc.description.abstractThe article discusses informal decision-making methods through the lens of the achievements of decision methodology. The applicability of some informal methods, affirmed in decision-making practice, identified in the process of law enforcement is examined. The applicability of the associative method, the synectic method, the brainstorming method, the key questions method, the morphological method, the inversion method in legal decision-making in administrative practice is observed. The cumulative or alternative applicability of the methods listed is at the discretion of the decision-makers and depends on the decision-making situation, the state of affairs requiring legal solutions.en
