Abstract: | This article presents various ways to reduce organizational stress. The focus however is on the individual intervention methods drawn from cognitive behavioral therapy particularly Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) technique. In practical activities by applying EMDR clients certifying occupational stress were some significant improvements. |
