Abstract: Occupational stress in the teaching environment is generated by multiple factors. For teachers, the main stress factors in teaching are unsatisfactory relationships with colleagues, inadequate working conditions, curriculum constraints, lack of response from pupils, the large distance between own expectations and outcomes of children; difficult to cope with some parents, low salary. Occupational stress of teachers is also caused by the specific difficulties of inclusive education.
