Abstract: The fact that organizational stress can take the form of an extremely harmful phenomenon must put us on guard. According to the data provided by the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work, this type of stress is, at the moment, the second work-related health problem related to citizens activity, after dorsal problems, affecting about 30% of them. According to other data, the same type of stress is the cause of more than a quarter of the total of sick leave, the duration of which is at least two weeks of absence from work. Knowing this, it is important to always return to the object of the organizational stress and, especially, the disastrous effects it is able to provoke. It is only by doing so that we can take the necessary measures for a proper administration of what is called an association of people with common concerns, united under a regulation or a statute in order to submit an organized activity.
