dc.description.abstractThis article includes an analyze of factors/causes of occupational stress. Authors present a lot of classifications of this and consequents to the persons. Based on this authors promoted one research in educational field. The main objective was: to identify the courses which can further occupational stress in educational field. The results of this research allowed us to establish the hierarch of factors of occupational stress in educational field. Depends of this hierarch we can elaborated recommendations to increase the level of occupational stress in educational field.en_US
