| Abstract: | This article includes a research about occupational stress in education. This research was promoted by a school psychologist in Primary School number 21 „S. Vangheli” from Bălţi. The objectives of this research are: to identified the sources of occupational stress and it’s level in Primary School. Authors present the quantitative and qualitative results of the research. In final of this article we can find a lot of recommendations how to increase the level of occupational stress and how to improve the quality of educational management. |
