| Abstract: | This article presents the level of occupational stress in educational field. Authors consider that the main in this problem is the agents / causes of the occupational stress witch were identified during the research. Based on this results authors proposed methods and form witch can increase the level of occupational stress in educational field. Oslo, in this article we can find some recommendations and the way duty to manage the level of the occupational stress in educational field. |
