Abstract: This article relates about the phenomenon called professional stress and strategies of transformation of the stress in to a friend. Studies have demonstrated that the positive attitude represents a remarkable remedy for health fortification. People with positive attitude have more friends and it helps them stay away from stress and solve the problems easier than those who have negative attitude. A positive attitude begins with a healthy self-image. If we like the way we are and we are satisfied and conceited, we will make people around us fell the same.
