Abstract

In family counseling, one of the significant challenges that lead clients to seek therapeutic help is relationship conflict. Problems in the couple, in the professional sphere, difficulties in raising children, family disagreements, love conflicts and disputes with friends and neighbors are just a few examples of situations in which conflict occurs. Most people were not taught how to manage relationships in school, which makes healthy communication skills crucial to personal development. Learning the rules of healthy communication can significantly improve their lives.
