| Abstract: | The article reflected the theoretical study of the most important dimensions of the teacher's personality responsible for professional success. It is interesting to elucidate multiple psychological researches that highlight the significant features of effective teachers. This variety suggests, on the one hand, the complexity and multidimensionality of the didactic activity and, on the other hand, the absence of an integrative conceptual model on what success means in the professional activity of the teaching staff. |
