Abstract

Dynamic games have an important place in the physical education of the students. This type of exercise is characterized by attractiveness, accessibility, depth and multilateral action. The special value of the dynamic games is the opportunity to influence simultaneously on motor and mental spheres of the students. The systematic use of dynamic games promotes the development of the students, including the entire complex of vital skills. All physical qualities develop under their influence. When teaching students, exercises from volleyball, basketball and other games, the dynamic games have an important role as a form of consolidating and improving the studied movements. Including dynamic games in sports helps not only in solving the problem of special tasks, but also always increases the interest in educational process.
