Unele consideraţii privind rolul, funcţiile şi organizarea partidelor politice în societatea contemporană [Articol]

Abstract

The fundamental rights and freedoms, including the right of expression and association in political parties and other political movements, set the stage for scientific debate about the role of political parties, as well as their organization and functioning in the legal state. The formation and evolution of political parties is closely related to the modernization of society and the consolidation of the democratic system. As a result of studying of objective and subjective factors, any political party appears before the court of the history and public opinion irrespective of how it has proved itself in positive or negative quality of the agent in the field of natural social life, on the way of formation of mankind. Each political party is the carrier of separate moral, political and values, and historical events from the social point of view. At present, any political party is a voluntary and relatively stable group of people united by the common political and ideological convictions, created at the local level, based on the general principles of organization and discipline. All this is stated in detail in the program or status of a social movement for the implementation of electoral and parliamentary process, as well as competition with other parties on the principle of promotion of certain doctrines or political views on the development and management of the society.

Основные права и свободы граждан, включая право выражения и объединения в политические партии и другие общественно-политические движения, создали предпосылки для научных обсуждений о роли политических партий, а также их организации и функционировании в правовом государстве. Становление и эволюция политических партий тесно связанно с процессом модернизации общества и консолидацией демократической системы. В результате изучения объективных и субъективных факторов, любая политическая партия предстает перед судом истории и общественного мнения независимо от того как она проявляла себя в положительном или отрицательном качестве агента в области естественного социального бытия, на пути становления человечества. Каждая политическая партия является носителем отдельных моральных, политических и ценностей, а также социально - исторических событий. В настоящее время, политическая партия является добровольной и относительно устойчивой группой граждан объединенных между собой общими политическими и идеологическими убеждениями, созданными на местном уровне на основе общих принципов организации и дисциплины. Все это детально оговорено в программе или статусе общественного движения с целью осуществления избирательного и парламентского процесса, а также конкуренции с другими партиями, по принципу продвижения определенных доктрин или политических взглядов на развитие и управление данного общества.
