The right to property is the right of a person to enjoy and dispose of a good exclusively and absolutely, but within the limits determined by law. The right to property knows two limits in its exercise: material limits and legal limits. Material boundaries consist of the physical boundaries of the good. While the legal limits are established either by law, or by a court, or by the owner, through a legal act concluded by him. In this article, we examine the rules regarding neighborhood relations as juridical limits of the right to property.en_US
