Abstract

Articolul analizează fundamentele teoretice şi metodologice formării competenţei etnopedagogice a cadrelor didactice, în baza studiului monografic, realizat de T. Panco, în cadrul studiilor de doctorat. Sunt evidenţiate: valoarea şi actualitatea problemei abordate, rezultatele ştiinţifice principale, logic argumentate şi reflectate în cercetare.

The article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of the ethnopedagogical competence of teaching staff, based on the monographic study, carried out by T. Panco, in the framework of her doctoral studies. The following are highlighted: the value and actuality of the problem addressed, the main scientific results, logically argued and reflected in the research.
