Abstract

Trends in the growth of the innovation component at various levels, as well as an increase in the openness of systems, the value of human capital and the intensity of interaction, force economic entities to look for new ways of development and adaptation to ongoing changes. To successfully solve these problems, it is necessary to create mechanisms for launching and developing innovative processes, as well as tools to stimulate the internal motivation and competencies of people. These tools should become the basis for the generation and commercialization of new knowledge. This article considers and discusses such a phenomenon in the world economy as business accelerator.
