dc.description.abstractUnsecured creditors have that joint guarantee which consists of a general lien on the patrimony of their debtor. Respectively, in case of non-execution of the due performance, unsecured creditors can pursue their debtor's things in order to satisfy the owed debt. In order to preserve the patrimony, the legislation gives the creditors certain means of preserving the patrimony of the debtor. Of these means the most important and complicated are the oblique action and the revocatory action. In this article, we examine the means of preserving the debtor's patrimony, in particular we analyze the particularities of filing the oblique action and the revocation action.en
