Abstract: Compliance with criminal procedural rules in the administration of evidence is one of the essential elements in the process of carrying out the act of justice. At the same time, once recognized as evi-dentiary procedures, the impact of special investigative measures has obviously increased exponentially in criminal procedural evidence. For these reasons, I considered it necessary to analyze the special investigative measures not included by the legislator in the criminal procedural legislation, to identify the reasoning that determined this approach and, last but not least, their interference with the classic evidentiary procedures.
