Abstract: Electronic voting, as well as Internet voting, is in the process of being incorporated into most democracies in the wold, say Regis Cabral and Paulo Roberto Santhias. As a response to the degeneration of traditional voting methods, E-voting become a good alternative to Ballot reform, but in the same context, we must be aware about malicious codes that occur into the voting system. This article try to highlight the risks and opportunities of the E-Voting inteference into national ballot reform, both based on the American and Estonian experience.
