Abstract

In all the countries are made big efforts for increasing the citizens’ level of education and this factor’s importance of economical grown amplifies with the advance to knowledge society. The countries’ targeting to innovational economy underlines the problem of providing with work resources of this type of development. Certainly, each state has well-learned professionals, with a creative thinking and capable to bring some significant contributions to the modernization of national economy, but their number is not big enough. So a great solution for reducing the deficit from this segment of the labor market is to attract the qualified staff from abroad, because of implementation in the country of the mondial experience.
