Abstract: The approach of enterprise management as a system is characterized by the fact that managerial functions are no longer treated as individual units. This time, they insist on assembling them, aiming to achieve a normal and efficient functioning of the managerial system. It is in this context that emphasis is placed on the system, the subsystem and its objectives, which are assured of a central position. Thus treated, the other elements, including functions, are addressed only as means, which contribute to the achievement of the goals set by the manager. In order to maximize the potential of the economic unit's resources, the corresponding functions and subsystems should not be considered independent, and they will be integrated organically into the overall effort to achieve the enterprise's overall objectives and ensure the efficiency of the system that it represents.
