Abstract: The efficiency of management in modern conditions begins with small things - the ability to achieve personal goals, to understand and adequately evaluate oneself and others, to distribute and use time, make decisions in a timely and optimal way, the ability to innovate, train and develop subordinates, but not to forget about physical and mental health. In the person of the manager, multiple qualities and roles must be combined. More often than not, the manager is both a businessman and a manager who manages the enterprise, fulfills all the leading management functions and makes the necessary decisions. The time, knowledge and experience of each manager is limited, and unipersonal leadership becomes impossible or extremely inefficient. There is a moment in the activity of any manager, when he realizes that he can not fulfill all the functions by himself, respectively the manager realizes that he must apply the delegation of authority. Most managers feel worried, fearing not only the integrity of the business, but also the risk.
