Abstract

This paper analyzed the main aspects of investing in the human factor. An essential element of the viability of an economy is the human factor and economic sustainability is ensured by investment in human society calitalul. The actuality of research theme lies in the need to ensure economic sustainability by harnessing human capital, the key resource of a nation. Thus, we emphasized the need and investment in human factor and the outcome of the situation in Moldova this chapter. The research highlights that employers do not need to invest in human capital conştietizează, utilizing the abilities and skills of its employees, thus ensuring the utmost neglect this aspect of sustainability.
