Young specialists’ innovative culture as a factor of sustainable university innovation development [Articol]

Abstract

The conceptual aspects o f young specialists' innovative culture were analyzed in this paper. In this context, the defmitions o f the innovative culture, the component elements, and the factors that influence the formation o f young specialists ’ innovative culture were analyzed. Thus, we must mention that innovative culture is a basic element o f the sustainability o f universities because mainly the innovative culture helps young specialists to generate new ideas, innovations, to patent them and thus to move on to sustainable development. In this context, we have to mention that in order to elaborate this work a number o f methods have been used, such as: induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis, scientific abstraction. In conclusion, we must point out that innovative culture is the basic pillar o f sustainable development in the university environment by bringing with it the cultural values that are the basis o f sustainable development in the university environment.
