Improve competitiveness in Republic of Moldova through human factor [Articol]

Abstract

Increasing competitiveness o f the naţional economy is one o f the five strategic priorities for Moldova concept stipulated in the draft National Development Plan and, directly or indirectly intersect with the other four. Republic of Moldova are still serious gaps in competitiveness in the global and European context. Increasing competitiveness of Moldovan economy and ensure healthy and sustained growth can be achieved in the medium term by attracting massive foreign investment, implementation o f modern technologies and the penetration offoreign markets.
