Abstract: We started this research approach with the need of formulating the essence and the characteristics of the integrated management – quality-risk-human resources. The emergence of such a concept derives from the economic agents’ need to cope with market distortions, to undergo complex economic circumstances, to adopt effective measures in order to overcome the complexity of the environment in which they operate. Thus, for these reasons, we come to support the economic agents having an integrated quality-risk-human resources management, which is a new but very useful concept, especially for emerging countries that aspire to attain a new level of development. In this paper we analyzed the integrated quality-risk-human resources management and its influence upon business efficiency. The research methodology focused on the use of the following methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, abduction, deduction, scientific abstraction. The research results highlight the need to implement the integrated quality-risk-human resources management in the companies, as being an efficient economic pillar.
