| Abstract: | Sustainable regional competitiveness is an imperative for countries of the world who want to walk the path of balanced development, sustainable. In this article analyzed the situation of region North-East competitiveness and human capital development in the region. The research methodology was focused on using the following methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, scientific abstraction, induction, abduction. In conclusion we can state that regoinua northeast from Romania has great development potential but only with effort can access the path of sustainable and balanced development. |
