Abstract: This article analyzes startups as a form of developing innovative creativity in future pedagogical specialists. They stimulate the growth of creative skills especially due to the possibilities of the education system and the social environment, as well as the influence of the paradigm of thinking of the representatives of the creative environment. At this stage, a startup is a real salvation for creative people around the world, an opportunity to discover themselves, to try to make money on their own and to let others make money. The article deals with the need to search for effective methods of teaching students that meet modern socio-economic conditions.
