The main purpose of any obligations is the fulfillment by the debtor. In this sense, the debtor is required to execute the obligation with all his assets, existing and future, movable and immovable, while the creditor has the right to request the payment of the debt. The pledge plays an important role, it limits the risk and avoids the occurrence of situations of impossibility of execution of the obligation by the debtor. Therefore, the right of pledge is closely linked and depends on the main obligation, i.e. the claim that was secured by pledge.en_US
