Abstract

The approach of this paper starts from the need of developing the national economy, the need of ensuring sustainability of national economy sectors. Therefore, we started this research with the intent to outline the ways of ensuring competitiveness of the national economy by means of capitalization and development of specialists’ innovation potential, especially young professionals. The hypothesis of this research is that young specialists’ innovation potential positively influences the competitiveness of the national economy. The research methodology focused on use of the following methods: analysis, synthesis, qualitative analysis, induction, deduction. These methods helped us advance in the research and capitalize the offered aspects for analysis. The following research brought us to the conclusion that capitalizing young specialists’ innovation potential decisively influences the sustainable competitiveness, both at the macroeconomic and microeconomic levels.
