Abstract: This article is dedicated to the special nuances of studying the piano works of Oleg Negruta in the upper classes of music schools in the Republic of Moldova. His piano compositions are high quality examples of modern Moldovan music that meet the repertoire standards of music education. Following the example of several works by the composer (Ballad in e-moll and Concert for Youth for piano and orchestra, minor), the article explores the features of their study and the methods of overcoming the difficulties of interpretation. O. Negruta's piano compositions have a unique Moldovan flavor, which arouses a sincere interest in his work and a call to include his compositions in the student curriculum.
