dc.description.abstractIn this paper was carried out the theoretical-practical analysis of motivation systems. Thus, the existing motivational systems were reviewed, their efficiency but also a critical analysis was performed. Also, a meticulous analysis of these motivational system was performed, of the company L.L.C. "Gelibert" based on the application of a questionnaire to the company's employees. The data were interpreted and proposals outlined. The applied research methods were: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, scientific abstraction, qualitative research. In conclusion, we mention that a modern motivation system can be built on the basis of a flexible management system focused on employee involvement in achieving organizational performance.en_US
