dc.description.abstractIn this paper were analyzed the most important conceptual-methodological aspects regarding the analysis of the human capital in the Republic of Moldova. In this sense, we analyzed the situation in the Republic of Moldova and factors that could help the country in accessing investments of the human capital in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The research methodology focused on the use of several methods such as: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, tabular method, graphics, and comparative analysis.
