Abstract

This paper presents a new method for making forecasting process, it is used a neural network and fuzzy controller. At the first stage, the neural network based forecasting performs internal parameters, then fuzzy controller adapts to changes in external parameters results. The main problem of neural networks in forecasting is unable to provide external parameters change, this problem was solved by fuzzy controller reacts to any change in external parameters and adjusts the data generated by the neural network forecasting.
