Abstract: The teachers involved in the inclusive education focus on activities involving the use of teamwork and cooperation, respect for cultural identity of each child and the constant monitoring of the effectiveness of teaching - learning - assessment in each child. The great importance of tactical teaching profession, especially for the effective promotion of inclusive education has helped shape the concept of tact which is one of the qualities pedagogical skills of teacher and one of the factors that ensure the development of the creative potential of students, having an important role in education inclusive.
