Abstract

The article is about the problem of improving the inclusive competence of the teacher during the postgraduate education. The author researchesthis problem from the viewpoint of the ideas of continuous education, student-centered approach to the audience. There are defined the goals, objectives, organizational and methodological activities ofthe training courses. It is paid a particular attention to the formation of professional and personal qualities.
