Abstract: The psychologist is directly inside of that social organism, wherein arise, exist and are developing, both positive and negative aspects of the teachers, students and parents relationships. He must see each child or teacher, as a separate original personality and a complex system of interaction, in which center are interests of the student, as a developing personality. Working with children with special needs psychologist serves as a consultant, mediator between such a child and the teacher, classmates, parents, school administration, doctor.
