| Abstract: | The issue of systematization and definition of crimes against sexual freedom and / or inviolability has been and is quite discussed in the literature. The diversity of opinions and the lack of an unambiguous position in this regard, determined the need to draft this article. We propose for analysis some aspects regarding the system and the concept of crimes that threaten sexual freedom and / or inviolability. |
