Abstract: This article addresses the issue of inclusive values as a challenge for preschool institutions. The most important element of inclusion is that it implements inclusive values. Namely, dedication to certain values generates desire to overcome exclusion and to promote participation. Also included in the article are inclusive values: equality, participation, community, respect for diversity and sustainability.
