| Abstract: | This article is dedicated to the study of crime prevention in the light of its essence, but also of those obliged to justify it. Or in the criminological doctrine there are several concepts: prevention, prophylaxis, fight with crime, etc., which in some situations are not clear to the recipient. In this sense, we come with the proposal to clarify the concept of crime prevention and its subjects. |
