| Abstract: | The author presents the results of the "My Contribution to Library Work" questionnaire, attended by 32 USARB librarians. The study aimed to evaluate librarians' personal contributions to the development of the Library, increasing the responsibility of librarians for the success of their professional career. Most respondents 31 (96.9%) said they were satisfied with working in the most prestigious library, and 26 (81.3%) said they were considered successful librarians. |
