| Abstract: | The article follows the purpose of investigating and elucidates the issues surrounding the creation of a positive image of the library in virtual space. Technology is one of the main factors within the organization. It can be used to improve the image of the Library. To achieve the goals of effective communication through the Internet, library and librarians must comply certain rules of behavior in virtual space. |
