Abstract: In this research we aimed to identify: the reasons of pupils school’s insuccess, the aggressiveness phenomena its types and forms, evaluation process, the ways to increase school success, positive disciplinary programs for pupils of primary classes.Through its content, the article addresses an issue with which the contemporary society, including the reality of our country, is confronted every day with the greatest agility.
