| Abstract: | This article is dedicated to revealing the peculiarities of the representation of synesthesia in the prose of V. Nabokov. The analysis was carried out on the material of works written in the period from 1943 to 1959 in English, as well as options for their translation into Russian. The article provides the definition of synesthesia, presents the results of the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the facts of a continuous sample, revealed frequency techniques and translational transformations. |
