| Abstract: | This article contains brief information about the ways of rendering / translating Ion Creangă's work from source-Romanian into the target-English language. The purpose of this article is to analyze the translational ways and to observe the originality of the work of the Ion Creangă. The final results obtained from the comparison of two texts will demonstrate the linguistic and stylistic capacity of the translator and the originality of the transposition of the specific Romanian culture. |
