Abstract: In connection with the judiciary system reforming and changes in socio-political life in our state, the adversarial principle has gained a new resonance on the grounds that the judicial and legal reform is directly linked to adversariality. The reform of the criminal procedure law must be based on solid theoretical foundation. However, adversariality, as legal concept, is not enough investigated in the doctrine of the criminal procedure law. The Criminal procedure law of the Republic of Moldova is advancing and developing through democratization and widening of adversariality beginnings in justice rendering.
