The appellate instance is an independent stage of civil proceedings, which has specific tasks that affect the operation of some principles of civil procedural law and determine the specifics of the cases, the powers of the appellate instance, the grounds for cancellation of decisions of the court of first instance and the content of the rulings.en_US
