| Abstract: | There is nothing perfect in this world and absolutely everything can be improved. It this article is described the process of modernization of one certain machine component. There appeared some shortcomings in nozzle when using the device. The nozzle got out of commission very quickly and it was necessary each time to buy a new one. It was decided to improve and produce this component at the factory. Two prototypes were manufactured and both were tested. The second one was more suitable and comprised all the requirements. It was installed on the machine and used in the production. |
