Abstract

The research is focused on the evaluation of the particularity of social and community inclusion of children separated from the parents. It were analyzed the theoretical-practical aspects and good practices in the area of social protection of the child and his separation from the parents by offering another form of protection. The investigation was focused on the analysis of social and community inclusion and the forms of protection applied for children separated from the parents within the temporary shelter for the children in difficult situation „Drumul spre Casă”. It were analyzed the problems faced by the children without parental care /protection. In the research, it has been analyzed and identified the most relevant forms of social protection, which are intended for children without parental protection. Also, were investigated and analyzed the difficulties came across by specialists working with children separated from the parents.
